Patrick Patterson (Home Owner)
I am a senior computer systems/network engineer and work for Catalyst Technology Group USA locally here in Knoxville. By day and night, a typical computer “geek”.
In 1999 while living in Fredericksburg, VA. I saw an internet video of a computerized light show playing the “Wizards of Winter” by Trans-Siberian Orchestra. This impressed me so much, and wanted to do the same. I began a quest to find out how this was done. In 2000, I moved back to Knoxville, TN. I got behind on the project as the company I worked for closed, and had a few years of recovery before I could think of getting the show going. I was still in the research phase and found many solutions, and many very complex. Later in 2008, I finally settled on the solution, and began purchasing equipment and lights.
Our first light show was October 2009 for Halloween, and then Christmas. We got a lot of positive response from the neighbors and drive by viewers that it enticed us to do more and keep adding each year.

I am a Technical Assistant at Catalyst Technology Group USA.
I am also a Halloween and Christmas decoration fanatic. I love the lights of the seasons, and always wanted to do some type of light show that would draw people to come and see. I do most of the outside decorations and setup, and Patrick does the computer sequencing and choreography of the shows. The two of us together create and outstanding visual and musical presentation.

I love decorating for the holidays, with Halloween being my favorite holiday.I have been helping Patrick and Rob with the setup for several years now. It is nice to see all the people’s smiles and compliments seeing the light shows. We look forward to adding more over the years for your enjoyment
